 Member Registration
       Users need to register as a member of onedollar.com.sg and abide by the Terms and Conditions stated. These Terms and Conditions may change as decided by AC.
       Upon registration an initial 2 FREE bids will be added to the balance of the member's account.


  Referred By
       If you have been referred by a friend, you can input his email upon registering. Your friend will then get 2 FREE bids each time you purchase additional bids.


  Purchase of Bids
       When the 2 FREE bids have been used, in order to make further bids members must purchase additional bids as follows:

  • 20 bids for $10.70 ($10.00 plus 7% GST)
  • 45 bids for $21.40 ($20.00 plus 7% GST)
  • 100 bids for $42.80 ($40.00 plus 7% GST)
  • 200 bids for $74.90 ($70.00 plus 7% GST)

      These bids can be paid by PayPal or Credit Card and are non-refundable.
      Whenever a bid is made, one bid will be deducted from the balance of the member's account.


  Bidding
      The Starting Price of each item is $1.00.
      Bidding can be made in one of two ways:

  • Manually by clicking on the BID button; or
  • Activating the Auto Bid feature which will bid on behalf of the member who need not be online at the point of bidding.

      To activate Auto Bid the Member must set the specifications for the bids in advance and Auto Bid will place the bids following the specifications.
      Once a bid is made it will not be refunded.
      When a bid is placed the price of the item being bid will increase by $0.01.
      When a bid is made and the remaining time to close is less than 10 seconds, a further 10 seconds will be added to the remaining time to close.
      When the remaining auction time reaches zero, the system will pause for a further 10 seconds.
      If there are no additional further auto bids, the member who has made the last bid will be the winner.
      In the event of technical failures when any particular auction closes, e.g. island-wide power, communication failures or malicious hacking:

  •  The auction will be void and there will be no winner;
  •  All bidders for the failed auction will be fully refunded their bids made.

 Maximum Wins Limit In A Single Month
      With effect from July 2011, participants will only be allowed to win a maximum of five (5) auctions in a single month.
      Upon winning the fifth auction account will be suspended for that month and will be reinstated only at the start of the following month.   
      If you win more than 5 auctions in a single month, you will not be entitled to claim the subsequent wins and all your bids of subsequent wins will be refunded.


 Collection of Won Items


      At the end of the auction, the winner can go to "My Account - Won items" to make payment. The shipping charges specified are for delivery within Singapore only.
      This must be done within the next 7 days or the win will be forfeited after 7 days. The collecting party must present a copy of the winner’s NRIC to the shipper.
      Winners will be sent an email the next working day to confirm their win.
      Winners can also pay for (by Cash) and collect their goods from noon the next working day and within 7 days at:

      Third parties collecting for the winner must present a copy of their NRIC as well as the winner’s NRIC.
